HATHA YOGA

Join me for an intimate class of yoga asana(poses), my space is small and facilitates a handful of people at a time, but this also allows me to support you better.

I offer General Hatha classes, where we allow our breath to lead us.

My classes are less vinyasa style (moving from pose to pose) and more in keeping with Iyenger- where the poses are held.

Where needed, I offer variations, blocks, straps and bolsters to support you for where you are at.

YIN YOGA

The Yin Classes are a much slower pace, where the focus is on nurturing our connective tissues.

It is an opportunity to move deeper, rest and be still.

It is a wonderful practice to remind us how to yield in life and listen.

We finish all the classes in savasana and a guided meditation.

I also incorporate simple chanting, mudras and prayer into my classes.

Why not try chair yoga, its an easy why to have the support you may need and still have all the benefits that yoga has to offer.
