Rooted in ancient wisdom, this space offers a path toward healing, rejuvenation and conscious living.
My name is Szilvia. Born in Hungary, my surname Keztyus translates to “Glovemaker,” and
this offering is named Kezek- a derivative from my name and the Hungarian word for hands.
This ancestral name has guided my life’s path, which has always flowed through the work of my hands- as a florist, acupuncture, woodworker, bodyworker and teacher of Yoga and Pilates.
Yoga and Ayurveda, breath joy, love and wellbeing into my daily life.
Today, I honor my dharma by sharing these holistic healing arts from my home studio
and within the Waldorf school community.
As I continue my studies to become an Ayurvedic Counselor, my intention is to support my family
