Welcome, I am so happy you are here…..

My name is Szilvia, and I was born in Hungary.

My surname Keztyus, translates as Glovemaker in Hungarian. It is a name that serves me well, as my journey in life has always revolved around working with my hands, be it as a florist, woodworker, studying acupuncture, yoga teaching, bodywork, music or textiles.

That is why I choose to name this offering KEZEK, as this means hands and the mudra of offering hands, feels incredibly sacred to me.

As with many people, my journey with Ayurveda and Yoga has been a long one, that runs deep in my blood and bones. I feel honored to finally be at a place in my life where I can actually be of service in this holistic and natural manner.

As I am at the start of this new era, I ask for your patience as I find my family balance and as I refine my offerings, especially as I pursue cultivating the natural ingredients from my very own garden.

I am studying to be an Ayurvedic counselor along side this small business that I offer you, so that I may both support my family and to fulfill my Dharma.
